As CEO and director of real estate for the Lakha Investment Company in Bellevue, Washington, Amin Andy Lakha has overseen the development and management of a diverse real estate portfolio. He collaborates closely with tenants to negotiate lease agreements and property improvements, while also reviewing opportunities for new property acquisition. Amin Andy Lakha also leads the acquisition of building permits and strives to ensure that all company processes abide by environmental, traffic, and other compliance requirements.
Mr. Lakha balances these responsibilities with leadership as president of Premier Center Management, where he oversees a commercial property portfolio that spans more than 5 million square feet. Responsible for all daily operations, including expense control, he works closely with accountants to manage company finances. He comes to this role having served for 12 years as president of Puget Sound Stations, a convenience store and gas station dealer with multiple brands under ownership.
Mr. Lakha comes to the real estate industry following a successful career in the music industry. He stands out as former CEO of concert promotion and artist management group LIP Productions and as past owner of Chicago music bar Biddy Mulligan’s, where he hosted performances by well-known rock, blues, and bluegrass bands.
